Gordon Gibson founded Gordon Gibson Construction in 1966, and embodies a lifelong dedication to excellence in luxury home construction. With over 50 years of experience under his belt, Gordon remains actively involved in every aspect of the business, bringing his expertise and passion to each project. Born and raised in the valley, Gordon has a special affinity for building luxury homes on the west side, where his deep roots and intimate knowledge of the area shine through in every design. Committed to upholding the highest standards of quality, Gordon builds homes exclusively for quality individuals who share his values of service, professionalism, and uncompromising standards. Specializing in prestigious neighborhoods such as Beverly Park and Bel Air, Gordon Gibson focuses on a small area to ensure that each project receives the utmost attention to detail and craftsmanship. As a hands-on consultant, Gordon personally engages with owners and architects, recognizing and meeting their high expectations with precision and expertise. Scott Barton, Director of Operations for Gordon Gibson, brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Joining the company in 2004, Scott has generations of experience in the construction industry, having started at a young age running his father's construction crews at just 17. Over the years, Scott has become known for his exceptional leadership and hands-on approach. He has streamlined office work, billing, and processes to eliminate mistakes, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. Additionally, Scott is a familiar presence on job sites every morning, where he personally oversees quality, scheduling, consulting, and problem-solving. His dedication to excellence and his commitment to delivering top-notch results make him an invaluable asset to the Gordon Gibson team.

Lead Estimator

Sal Flores has been the lead estimator at Gordon Gibson for 18 years. He takes pride in ensuring quality for each project, taking his time to thoroughly review each project with the utmost attention to detail. With over 35 years of experience in his field, he is the most qualified professional for the job.

 

Cesar Saldana

Senior Project Manager

Cesar Saldana joined Gordon Gibson at the age of 20. Starting as a day laborer, he ascended to senior project manager, where he now supervises projects, coordinates laborers, and manages materials. With three decades of experience at the company, his knowledge and skills have grown immensely, making him an invaluable resource for reliability and trust.
